I am settling a dispute between a colleague and myself.

We are reviewing a Cellebrite report from an iPhone 4s File System Extraction that I did a year ago. We are in in PST zone.

I have two types of date and time stamps that are confusing one of us and I can't find any documentation to help.

I have two time stamps recorded on the Timeline as well as the Locations section of Cellebrite that are different than the rest.

There are 714 recorded time stamps and all of the Timestamps except a few list the time in this format [3/18/2014 104524 PM] which I believe to be the actual system time taken from the phone.

THen I have the first few (chronologically) that list the date format with the (UTC+0) added on the end as follows [2/13/2014 75615 AM(UTC+0)]

My question is, do I need to convert the (UTC+0) to -800 (PST)?

Normally when I see these they either say nothing about UTC like the first example or they list it as UTC -800.

The more I debate this with my colleague the more confused I get…
