Hi Everyone,
I have 2 samsung galaxy note 2, one is Android 4.1 and the other one is Android 4.3.
Cellebrite succeed in logical/file system/physical extraction for the phone with android 4.1.
But I encountered issues when doing file sytem extraction and physical extraction for Android 4.3. Logical extraction was ok.
Any one encountered this issue before? Does cellebrite not support android 4.3?
File system extraction ( except Android backup method) and physical extraction is currently limited to Android OS below 4.3 ( excluding models that are supported with bootloader method)
This is about to change and 4.3 and above support will be soon added.
BTW, no other tools has that supported.

Thanks very much for you information RonS!
Hello Eltuskless,
I can tell you that XRY has support for both logical and physical extraction on Android version 4.3 and even up to 4.4.
You can successfully do your physical extraction on version 4.3 and 4.4 using XRY once we have physical support for that phone model.
Just to clarify because of maan reply
The Android OS current imitation (OS 4.3 and above) is for a physical extraction using the ADB method.
For the many phone models that UFED support with the boot-loader method there is no such limitation and it will bypass the lock.
As mentioned earlier, no other tool currently has a solution to that OS 4.3 limitation (with ADB).
This is about to change and 4.3 and above support will be soon added to UFED.

Just to clarify some doubts here.
Are you really sure that no other tool does physical extraction via ADB on Android 4.3? Please be advised that XRY had this solution about a year ago.
Yes, for Android devices with OS 4.3 and above device is NOT rooted, there is no tool today that will perform a physical extraction using ADB method since no tool support temporary rooting of these newer Android OS versions.
This is not related to boot-loader method, but specifically related to ADB method as I mentioned in the previous thread.
