Chat IB & Chat IW sending and receiving files

Hello all,
Does anyone out there have any experience of the chat platforms Chat IW and Chat IB. Specifically around sending and receiving files.

I am currently looking at a couple of entries and am unable to verify is these relate to files sent or received

The files i question appear as
