Igor you haven't said what help you need e.g. what tools you have tried and what hasn't worked for you.

I search somebody who has extracted data from internal memory Mediatek MT6250DA (not from chinese phones with Mediatek).

Mediatek MT6250DA is CPU with internal memory. It isn't usual flash chip.

Dear Igor,
What I have performed successful read flash from MTK6250DA mobiles using volcano box. I have not found it in UP&UP and presumably there won't be any other reader sporting it.
