Have a look at www.rusolut.com
That's chip-off gear with a software platform for image processing.

The best developer is http//www.allsocket.com/ . Now, only the company makes adapters for UFS 2 chips.

You have to understand that chip-off is the latest way for extracting data from a mobile device.

CODED or VR-TABLE are your friends.
If you do not have an adapter you can uses those to connect to the points on the chip and dump it. Although it is a tight squeeze, it can be done. Also most JTAG interfaces are being closed off by the manufactors. In-System Programming (ISP) is the new method to use. As you can find you own pinouts with a test phone. That would be the preferred method before chip off. Medusa box can do isp or the Z3X box.
UFS 2 chips ISP is not available as of yet.
I would be VERY careful with chipoffs as more and more devices are encrypted.

2 cents and first post
