Would it be possible to "clone" a Snapchat account on a dummy phone (with the appropriate warrents) when you have the AccessToken and User ID from a UFED read.

Technically yes, we do a similar procedure using a factory reset (Apple) or wiped device (Android). Although data is moved to the device, sometimes manual photographs or screen recording are still required.

Are there any documents/guidance on the legal side for this? (I've seen HTCU guys access+capture remote data on a warrant but that's not something I've done or am clear on)

The Home office has recently put out some guidance on doing this under PACE, bit of googling - its not hidden.

There's also some guidance on doing it for witness/victim accounts with consent.

Any clues as to what to search for as googling for all the key terms isn't bringing up anything relevant? (for the PACE bit rather than with consent)

Would this reference be relevant to s20 PACE?
