How do you clone a solid state drive ?
Is is possible ?

Use Ghost or FTK Imager, or your favourite imaging product.

but what kind of connector do you use to connect the ssd to a computer ??

It varies, as with other hard disk drives.
They could be IDE, SATA, 1.8", 2.5", 3.5", etc, etc

It can be imaged as bit-by-bit using Either of these tools-
FTK Imager, Winhex, or DD
however Ghost will not do a bit-by-bit, or unallocated space from the src.drive, unless u specify some more command line switches to force Ghost to do it.
