Interested to know what tools are being used to extract and analyze emails from providers such as yahoo, gMail, and other cloud based email?

Thanks,

Any body else had trouble extracting yahoo email. No export function with browser client and unable to use thunderbird to pull down emails as not yahoo imap and pop3 not supported.

Another tool that also allows you to filter what is downloaded by header or body text is Aid4Mail.

I have had some success with the X1 Social Discovery product - http//www.x1.com/

There are some provider specific collection tools built into the Social Discovery product, and if your experience has taught you some hard-earned configuration lessons, the generic adapters can be setup for customizable configurations.
