Collections in China

I just wanted to reach out the CF community to see if anyone has any knowledge/reference material/experience in cross-border collections in CHINA!

Below are some of my questions.
•Needing indemnities or special terms for transporting data in the EL
•Asking/considering if there could be state secrets on that material
•Clients instructions or expectations re encryption of data
•Whether the work will be used in PRC proceedings (if so need to check current status of procedures for that - changes daily)
•Whether the work will be used in other jurisdictions and any special terms needed
•Storing of data and additional terms for that
•Considering data privacy issues
