I'm conducting an investigation to see what artefacts are created,

Nemo, Microsoft supplies configuration guides for all of its products, they range in quality, admitedly, however each and every one will step you through the setup of a working configuration for a fictional company.

Did you try using the link that Rich2005 gave, I, personally, find that resource invaluable.

( Incidentally, I was being difficult, as there are an infinite number of ways that you could configure the above software, and I really wanted for you to rephrase your question to something more meaningful. This sort of question, which is not really related to forensics, might be better suited to another forum, perhaps one frequented by SysAdmins rather than Forensicators ? )
