Corrupt Limewire Files

During an examination of a computer I came across a LimeWire Incomplete folder containing files that instead of starting with T-123456789-Filename are marked CORRUPT-0-Filename.

My working theory on this is that they are marked this way when LimeWire detects that the files are corrupt in some way but the user decides to go ahead and download them anyway, however I have been unable to confirm this due to not being able to find any corrupt files to download.

Has anybody ever seen this before?
