corrupt pst file?

I have a pst file that, when examined with a hex editor, has all 0's; however, the size is about 2.3 GB. When importing from Outlook, it is not recognized as a valid pst file. I know this is a pst file since it was recently accessible as of two weeks ago.

The file has the apporpriate rights, and I used scanpst to repair it, but failed to repair.

Are there any tools out there that can perhaps aid me in repairing or at least recover most of the emails? If anyone can provide any suggestions, it would be much appreciated.
