CP Procedures?

Hello all,

I am in the process of updating our policies and procedures and need to address the ugly issue of what to do if we find CP during an investigation. I have read all the postings on the topic in the thread on forensic focus but still have not found a definitive set of recommended steps to follow. I also want to include some text in our engagement letter about the issue as a CYA on client confidentiality when we turn the material over to LE.

Can anyone share what their detailed procedures are in regards to CP found during an investigation?

We have not found CP to date … just trying to think ahead.
