Still, after several years, every single time I find IR I think of InfraRed and not of Incident Response, unless the meaning is obvious from the context.
The amount of (not explicit or noy explicited) acronyms (let alone the ones that are invented on the spot) in some posts is overwhelming, particularly when/where a same acronym has ambiguous meanings, JFYI wink
