Ever since Foundstone said that they were opening an office in Vienna, VA, and opted instead for downtown DC, I've never understood the whole "we need a DC office" thing. Yes, it looks great on the letter head, and I guess most clients don't get that they're helping pay that rent. There are some really good office spaces in other areas to the west.
