I am trying to extract the SMS messages from an HP ipaq 6828 phone with Paraben's device Seizure. The message lable comes down when you make an aquistion but no other data from the messages. The messages exist as you can see them on the phone. I can get all the other files except the SMS and when you open them within Device Seizure there is no data.

allancwatt it could be there is a driver file missing and you may need to email Paraben to get a download link.

If all else failures, you may need to look at going back to the handset manufacture for spec and drivers etc
