Yes, because of testimony and that your record follows you around. Frequently someone who hires you on a case will pull your depos and testimony to see how you did knowing that any reference you provide will be favorable to you.
There are so many IT forums that you are bound to Bing your question and come up with an answer, plus there is no perceived shame in asking on an IT forum due to the change in IT tech, our tech doesn't change that much (it changes but not as much as say software revisions and things IT people need daily.
armresl - do you think the failure to call in extra help - is more prevalent in DF than maybe other IT-related areas? Is it that in DF, there is an innate culture with an expectation to know 'everything' - as originally discussed? Just a thought…
