Differences in Last Network and Routing Area Network in SIM

Hi all,

a Christmas question for you all

in the two last SIM I extracted data from, using XRY, I got the same results

the network's countries in Last Network (LAI-MCC-MNC) and Routing Area Network (RAI-MCC/MCC) are different (like Last Network is in Switzerland, and Routing Area is Algeria).

Any idea how to interpret these facts ?
