Hi Folks,
I'm looking for some DMA based tools like IEEE1394 or PCMCIA/ExpressCard devices to unlock OS logon screens, especially Windows Vista/7 and OS X. I know that such devices are available, but everything I've seen so far are experimental works by hackers or agencies' self developments.
Is there any vendor for such things?
Thanks
Richard
Not "exactly" what you asked for, but close

I have never used it. This is not an endorsement.
Thank you for your reply. I know that tool and can say it's quite useful for its purpose, although the RAM image format is somehow proprietary.
But this doesn't really help me. To be more precise in my LE sector I want to offer an additional solution to deploy tools for remote search and target based interception in special circumstances. Some solutions require manual/network independent installation. Of course, there are many ways to do that, but the most convienient is gaining access to an admin account. There are also many ways to achieve this, but I want to meet special criteria
- targeting running machines (user logged off, locked desktop)
- total exploitation/installation time <100 seconds
- descreetly feasible in public space such as libraries etc; implies handy hardware and no display of any strange preboot environments and no excessive BIOS beeping
- so finally no rebooting
Greetings,
Yep, you want a commercial version of the Firewire hack. Are you willing to contract out for a custom solution? If so, drop me a line, I know some people who might be able to do this for you for a reasonable price.

Greetings,
If anyone in LE/intel is interested in this, I'll need an email from you on your agency email address. My email address is in my profile.
