Hi,

I have two phones (specifically an iPhones) with two of these on each.

I have no idea what they are for and never seen them before. Does anybody here recognize these?

One of the devices had a Gervey SIM card holder (no Gervey SIM card though) not sure if they two are correlated.

I have tried Google and Google Goggles! Any help or pointers much appreciated.

The results returned from tineye.com suggest that it may be some kind of antenna or signal booster (or at least sold/marketed as such).

I didn't think it was anything major, but turning up on two devices made me think twice about checking it out.

It defo looks like a scam/con thing, but at least I know now!

Just realized what it is…

That looks like that gimmics sold for cell phones as "amplifier". "Just stick it in the back of your cell phone and you get extra bars of signal".
