Hi all,
I was wondering if someone could aid me here
I'm using Encase v8 and I'm trying to do an indexed grep search.
You used to be able to do this in v7 by inputting the grep string in a personal information module and using it to search. However, this is no longer possible.
I get you can do a grep search using keyword searches, however I am required to do an indexed grep search.
Google doesn't seem to be much help.
Does anyone know how I can do this.

There are wildcards you can use such as * (asterisk) or Question Mark. in v8 its indexed search or Grep for Raw search but there is no combined options as such.
