Greetings, All,

I have searched for a usable, free .EFX file viewer and have downloaded a couple of promising packages after arduous sifting through cluttered, redirected web pages. In short, I got what I paid for–nothing. roll

Anyone have a decent recommendation?

Hi, you can install Efax 30-day free trial and from Efax Messenger you can convert efx format in .tif format !!

Thanks, Alf. I appreciate your help. I was hoping to avoid getting a fax number and divulging contact information and customer agreements. I would prefer an independent viewer, if one exists.

If no other suggestions come along, I will go ahead with your suggestion.

Thanks, again.

Edit I was able to find the download link for eFax Messenger without having to create an account.

Why not just download eFax Messenger? Skip all the setup an account stuff and you get Fax Viewer mode.

Thanks for your help, BitHead. I did exactly that after finally finding the link. (See my Edit from the last post.)

FYI it will not install on a 64Bit OS.

Thanks, Larry. Fortunately, I was viewing it on one of my 32-bit boxes.
