FYI,
Cellebrite UFED PA v2.2 now supports on the fly iOS4 decryption

Cellebrite 2.2 does an outstanding job, best thing is, if you have Cellebrite PA, no need to spend the extra funds for the decryption software, here is a posting on my recent testing
