Is anyone having problem downloading a iCloud backup as I have a old backup from my old iPhone, and everytime i try and download the backup it says temporary unavailable, and its been like it for like 2 weeks now, and its strange paid alot of money for a feature i can't use.
It downloads the keychains, files, and synced data but not the actual iCloud backup.
Is there a fix for this?

I have confirmed that neither Elcomsoft Phone Breaker Forensic nor MOBILedit Forensic Express can access my own iCloud account as of today (July 16, 2018), so apparently Apple has made a security change to their iCloud service which is blocking the aforementioned forensic tools.
I have emailed both Elcomsoft and Compelson to confirm if there is a problem now with collecting iCloud accounts - I will post their responses here once they confirm there is a problem.

[EDIT] I have confirmed that Apple made a security change to iCloud, which has broken forensic tools' ability to login and download iCloud mobilebackups. I tested the problem with Elcomsoft Phone Breaker, MOBILedit Forensic Express and iPhoneBackupExtractor Pro and none of the tools can currently download iCloud mobile backups.
I am certain this is a temporary problem so we just have to wait until the forensic tool companies create a fix.
Oxygen could get iCloud at least 2 days ago and yesterday.
Today we are releasing a new version of Oxygen Forensic Detective with the updated extraction protocol for iCloud Backups made from Apple devices with iOS 11.4.1 and earlier.
Updated version of Elcomsoft Phone Breaker is on the way – we have fixed the problem, and now run intensive tests with various iOS 7-12 backups.
I can confirm that Elcomsoft Phone Breaker Forensic is working correctly to access and download iCloud mobile backups.
