Hi folks.. I was just wondering if anyone has developed a training program which would take an Experienced forensic examiner and teach them about "E-Discovery" and the rules of Business disclosure. I know here in the US it seems the rules are complicated and ever changing.. (I Assume wherever politicians tread its the same..eh?)
This seems to be an emerging market as the first few waves of Law Enforcement Forensic folks start to hit the private market after retirement. It would be nice to have some "E-Discovery" background … OR is that left for the attorneys and accountants to TELL US what we need to have backed up or Discoverable..?/?
Thanks
Rob
