In a case I have a large amount of email files (eml, dbx, pst) I am looking for a way to filter the emailmessages.
Is there any software product available to convert the major fields (from, to, date, subject and body) to excel/csv?
I've tried Encase and P2 commander but they don't show the option to export the emailbody to excel/csv. I understand it can be difficult to export the emailbody but maybe there is a tool which can generate a csv document with a hyperlink to the emailmessage.

I'd recommend Proof Finder from NUIX. I'm not sure if you can export the actual email body to a CSV, but you can most likely apply any filter you have right inside Proof Finder and only export the relevant messages. You can then export an HTML report with hyperlinks to the messages, along with the metadata fields you choose from the email.
Proof Finder has a 15 GB limit on imported data though, so you'll need to break up your data set into chunks if you have more than that.
