EnCase's threading added to a hypervisor?? goodness, I couldn't think of a worse setup (or a better migraine recipe)!
I find EnCase's threading is a great help for migranes, when its working normally (i.e. white screening) it gives you plenty of time to pop out, enjoy some fresh air and clear your head.

Unfortunately I do not have the EnCase 6.15, so for the moment I'm stuck with the 5.05f version of the product. I managed to install it and run it with no trouble at all. Even the Windows found the drivers for the dongle by itself. All I had to do was to start the installation with the compatibility settings for Windows XP SP3.
It’s working with the compatibility settings for Windows XP SP3 on Windows 7 Ultimate.
Cheers
Nicci
I'm not sure I'm answering the question being asked, but I just received notification (two days ago) that GSI has released EnCase 6.15 which will run on a Windows 7 machine.
