Is it possible to customize an EnCase eDiscovery Web report? Any resources to reference?
My enterprise has a number of case matters where the individuals are only listed in the Case Custodian list; not included in active Legal Holds.
• Either the case matter started prior to the implementation of our EnCase eDiscovery platform,
• Former employees (no longer with the company) at the time of generating the legal hold,
• Or employees who are not provided a company username/email address

If you know how to work the XML and SQL queries, perhaps, but that requires you to know all the tables you want.
You'd best look at the GSI web forums for info on this. Been awhile since I played with them, but also depends on your version of Ediscovery, too.
