I was wondering if any body here knew of a resource which detailed the different error codes and the meaning of them in Encase V7?

Not really. One unofficially was out for v6, but the back-end and design are very different. Also, all error codes are not really listed either. You may need to pull information from the console and either log a ticket or post it on the GSI forums.
Usually its about context and you can sometimes figure the error out.
