I've just booked my EnCe theory exam, just looking for some passed papers/questions. Would appreciate it very much if some could be emailed to me. I've got the usual EnCe manuals, EnCe guide book etc, but the papers in the guide book are not that abundant.
If you don't already have it, try the EnCE Study Guide by Steve Bunting which has sample questions with answers in it. The EnCE prep course is also worthwhile if you are concerned about it and includes the cost to take the Phase I exam which is given on the last day of the course.
All persons taking the EnCE exam are required to sign a statement to the effect that they will not share or discuss the test questions or answers with anyone who is not already an EnCE. To do otherwise is to risk losing your certificate so don't take it as a lack of support if no one responds with the actual exam questions or answers.
Really, I did not know about the statement! In that case, ignore my previous request.
In regards to the study guide by Steve, I'll look into getting that.

"The EnCE process is a test of an individual’s computer forensic proficiency, and like many certifications, it is part of the learning process. Due to logistics, consistency, and that the process is designed to test an individual’s abilities, the EnCE staff does not provide coaches for the process. If you are having any issues, please contact the certification coordinator."
+1 recommendation for the Steve Bunting book, not least for the questions on the CD.
