Has anyone (in the UK) been approached to tender for forensic work by a company called Evestigio?
If so I was wondering what your thoughts on Evestigio are.
Do they have a web presence?

I was contacted last year by them; they had been approached by a law firm apparently.
Evestigio is a Business Development Company. They use the research process to develop new markets with a select client base. By arrangement with one of their clients, they are now able to release certain details from the William Jones Clifton report.
William Jones Clifton are the partners who commissioned the survey last year. Evestigio are pleased to announce that they have been commissioned to conduct the 2006 survey. Operators within the Industry are invited to participate.
Only those companies who were approached or have shown a willingness to be part of the survey will have restricted access to information relating to their own competitive positioning.
It is anticipated that the information will be extremely useful to those providers of forensic services wishing to develop their business and to those parties seeking long term arrangements for an outsourced capacity.
Evestigio are also able to offer Customer retention surveys for Business Development. They offer advice on the Four P's of Marketing Product, Price, Place and Promotion. Their 'snapshot' survey, focuses on Customer Retention, Referral and Related Products.
Evestigio is Latin and it means 'from where one stands' and hence the customer surveying approach to Business Development. They can be found at
Our firm were approached and "vetted" by their researchers. We were informed of the results of their research on Thursday last week.
I know it's late so I'm probably too tired to grasp this, but what exactly does this company do (which is of use to CF professionals)?

The website is now down?
Seems to work for me but I'm no further forward in understanding their pitch.
