I have had a difficult time obtaining physical dumps on all android devices with Oxygen. I have had success using the specific physical data aq. protocols, but not through "Device Acquisition". I have yet to have the Adhoc root be successful nor logical extracts with rooting. One suggestion from Oxy was to use wither a third party root or boot in TWRP/CWM and attempt. Anyone have any experience doing this method?
If anyone has any tips for this process, I would greatly appreciate it. Using Oxy Detective.

Note I am not complaining about Oxy it is great, just need some assistance, if you haven't used the Cloud extractor, you are missing out.

Grab the latest version of Magnet ACQUIRE, we just added TWRP right into it so it might help walk you through it.

You'll have to grab the correct recovery image yourself but you can load it right into ACQUIRE. Make sure you follow the instructions properly and know the risks as this is a riskier acquisition than your standard backup.

Also you should be able to load our images into any other tool, doesn't have to be AXIOM/IEF. We don't create any proprietary formats so you should be able to dump it into Oxygen again afterwards if you want.

Hope that helps,

Thank you, I just requested the community ACQUIRE to look at, I am waiting for confirmation.

If I flash TWRP to a phone, I usually just use the built-in terminal to dump the internal storage to an SD card or a USB stick with dd.
