Experiences using Zantaz for eDiscovery?

Zantaz, from Autonomy, is trying to sell my company on using their tool for eDiscovery Search&Collection over the WAN.

They tell a good story, Holds Management, remote collection, and of course once the collected documents indexed, their powerful search engine.

…but does it work in practice? Any experiences out there? ?
