I am not sure how many of you folks are members but the F3 Awards are open for votes once again.
Mr Greg Smith has been nominated (regardless at the time of writing they have the wrong company assoicated with him - sorry Greg not my fault!).
Hopefully you guys agree with me that Greg is a fountain of knowledge that we only tap into for mobile forensics. With the MTEB conferences taking a small hit due to new government budgets but back soon with another high-tech conference next year.
Mobile forensics has all to often been computer forensics ugly sibling but people that Greg champion the reason that mobile forensics is the future.

The Forensic 4cast Awards are so much more upmarket 😉

No bias then twisted
I nominated and voted for Harry Parsonage. As well as being a nice chap, he regularly releases papers with the results of his research, has released great free analysis tools and is an excellent contributor on this and other forums.
Most of the nominations seem to be people nominating their own bosses or bosses nominating their colleagues. ?

Harry is a nice chap indeed!
I just we can get some good recognition for the mobile forensic world too!

What?!?! Honestly, some people… 😉

Like I said in my first post - Greg DOES NOT work for Zentek - this is a error on F3. I nominated for his collective work for the mobile forensics industry. D
Just to say thank you triran for the nomination.
Congrats to Richard Drinkwater on winning the F3 award!
The information about Greg was an honest mistake on my part. Though I agree that I should have checked more carefully, and after several e-mails back and forth we eventually clarified what was what. The error was only there for a day or two.
And yes, congrats to Richard - a fine fellow.
I wouldn't like to comment on 'up-marketness' of the F3 Award. It's a fine award to receive, regardless.
