if someone use Facebook Secret Coversation Chat . this chat record log in android or IOS phone. Can Recovery ?

Try testing this yourself
On a rooted Android phone, install Facebook messenger and send and receive multiple messages in “secret” chat mode.
Then delete some of the messages.
Then use MobilEdit Forensic Express to extract data from your phone and analyze the results.

If deleted also but you must have physical dump from mobile.
BTW and you don't need a rooted phone for this )
