Interesting subject, though I suspect that if you had a Faraday cage - with a network cable coming out - there would be no need for the Tempest attack…..as if your concern is eavesdropping - then the net cable should be the real concern you as it negates the protection the cage can provide, although not using tempest attacks per se.

What I do know is that LCD Monitors are immune to tempest attacks.

Theorectical question Why are keyloggers, etc out of the question? Possibly only other way could be bugging the phone, recording keystrokes of keys typed & then usinga mthod pioneered I think at MIT - to recontruct th edata typed, based on the unique sound of each key typed. I read it sometime ago - just cant locate it right now.

Last resort ….. to a black bag job - obtain access to the room, image the drive(s), leave - or rather just get a serach warrant.

Alot of cell-phone companies use Faraday screens for stations - check out the suppliers - you may find the exact specs you looking for & details of the materials used/required.

Just a thought.

The Phone-Shield by Disklabs does. The scientific report for exactly how good it is is here Faraday Bag (Phone-Shield) Scientific Specifications

I hope this helps.
