I am having to type a short paper about how forensics relate to the federal rules of evidence. I haven't been able to come up with much research to talk about in my paper and I was curious if anyone could possibly help me out? Has any of you dealt much with the Federal Rules of Evidence and is there any good sites out there that would be able to help me. Thanks!!

I deal with the FRE from time to time.

Expert testimony (which is how CF would be introduced) is regulated by FRE 702-706, which you can find here

You can find a good explanation of the two main standards for expert witnesses (Daubert and Frye) here

Good luck.

If you can't find much then try searching E Discovery as opposed to CF.

There is so much info out there on FRCP it is staggering.

The first thousand hits yield good results.
