There is training for ACFE members. And there is a UK Chapter which sponsors THIS training..

How are you defining "a course"? You probably won't find a single course that teaches the principles of fraud examination while slanting the subject toward computer forensics. What you must do is get a grounding in the general principles of any fraud examination first, and then address the specific aspects relevant to computer forensics.

To do this, you might do no better than acquaintng yourself with the extensive library of courses offered by the a*s'n of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Some are CD/book (self-study) and some are online. When you go to the ACFE website, you'll need to visit their bookstore to see their self-study CPE courses (check out the section "Computers and Technology") and also visit Training and Events (left menu) –> Online Learning for the online courses.

You do NOT have to be a member of ACFE to purchase their courses, but if you plan to take several of them you'll find that you'll quickly recoup your membership fee by the member savings for the courses. And, of course, if this is the kind of thing you want to do, membership makes sense on lots of other levels as well. The ACFE is probably the best of several professional associations to which I belong.

Great! You don't have to be a CFE to join and in fact membership provides access to many resources to help you achieve the CFE, so jump right on in - the water's fine! Then, try to attend chapter meetings if there's one nearby, because you'll meet some great people.
