I tried a comprehensive internet search under the search tab for internet artifacts, it was capable of searching for keywords in the files but from what i could see not capable of parsing the whole files. Its possible that i may need to do something else to fully decode it but if there is I'm not sure what it is.

Have just finished my FireFoxForensics tool, it retrieves the key information from the SQLite format, displays in a grid format etc. Exports to CSV and HTML.

The tool I use for direct access to SQLite databases is SQLite Expert (from http//www.sqliteexpert.com/)

Just to add to the choices, I've got a tool for analysing Firefox history as well, called FoxAnalysis

Details are in this thread
