Hello (please don't just read this, take a second to comment much appreciated and thanks to you in advance)

What we have here is a picture taken with an Iphone4 and a macro lens which fits directly onto the iPhone. It can be used on a few other cameras, but the Iphone seems to have the best result.

We all go into the field with a ton of equipment, now we have a chance to lighten our load by taking just our phone and a lens (and optional tripod) we can take pictures of all the boxes as well as up close circuit board pictures and detailed pictures of the serials on the hard drives.

I'm not selling these, merely relating a good experience I have had using this product.

I welcome your comments, opinions, or other on this.

Impressive.

Assuming you want evidence-related photos on your personal iPhone….!

Thanks for your opinion.

I could have focused it a bit more, but you get the idea, it's not zoomed in all the way and can be focused. The idea is to save space and time

I didn't distinguish between a personal or business phone, but either would be fine. These are images of the hard drive boards and of the internal configure of machines as well as pictures of jumper settings. These photos are far from any kind of evidence related issue, there is no information to be garnered, and nothing to exploit. Also, you can hook the phone right up to your exam machine as you are prepping a report and copy over the picture then paste into a report.

Glad you replied and the other person who replied.

Impressive.

This may be something I'm interested in. Where'd you get the lens?

I can't tell you how many times I've pulled out my iphone to get a quick snapshot of a HDD PCB part number for data recovery purposes only to be foiled by the craptacular quality.
