Hmmm, not bad roll , but still it won't change my generic approach to the issue cry
http//jaclaz.altervista.org/Projects/freedom_of_skin.htm

Namely background is too whitish/glaring for my tired eyes, if I really-really want a suntan, I tend to go to the beach.

Is there any way to change the layout of the forum listings? I like the overall design but when I click on the "Posts since last visit link" the layout looks it's not finished. Too much white space.

I like what you have done to the site.

Massive improvement Jamie, congratulations.

It'd be further enhanced if the design was unified across the site (though this may already be on the books?). Clicking on 'Articles' and 'Blog' from the main blue navigation bar at the top takes you to pages which could appear to be from a different source.

On the forum front I can no longer see the location of the poster or their post count. Both can be helpful. [edited to add just realised that this info is available on hovering over the user name. Cool, but maybe better if just displayed?]

Looks great. But let me suggest a little bit more contrast between backgrounds to separate postings and forum sections.

Thanks for those further comments. Much of what I'm hearing is already on my "to do" list so it's just a question (in most cases) of finding the time to make the changes.

Cheers,

Jamie

On Chrome (on my system at least), main page has an empty big green box covering up most of the banner. The scrolling jobs box is a bit much. Otherwise, looks very nice.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll look into it. It may be worth refreshing cookies/cache just to check that the new CSS file had been downloaded.

Re. Chrome, looks OK at my end, perhaps someone else can confirm?
