Forensic Procedures - International Differences?

I'm looking for some sources of information on the forensic procedures in England/UK and then how forensic procedures in America and Europe differ to these because of differences in the law.

Can any of you point me to good papers etc you know of covering this?

Or at the least point out the differences you know of so i can research them further?
