Forensic Review phase

I am studying about forensic review phase.
Review Phase is thought to prevent AntiForensic(ex… break files CAW…) or forensic tool error or Forensic Investigator's mistake.
Do you feel necessity about review phase?
Or, do you have forensic case?

My proposal for review phase.
-Forensic tool use more than 2(Encase, FTK, Ilook…)
-Forensic Investigator more than 2 persons
-An experiment about Digital Crime Scene
