There are other tools but as your question is general ebquiry bombone, I make some general observations
You could investigate along the lines of
Developer tool
- Carbide ++ and add Symbian SDK pack (free versions)
Standard tools
- floAt's Mobile Agent etc (free)
Examination tool
- Oxygen Symbian (not free but I believe a free trial version is available)
Ok thanks, I know they are general. They didn't give me information about. Last week they talk only about few sms. Something can be did with Nokia pc suite. Now seems to be present a spyware on a Nokia C6. That is different
I think, I will send them to people with ufed

Here is my update
I tried both Nokia N70 and N73 with ATF Nitro to read full flash. When i run Read Full Flash i get the following message
"
Loading File
C\Users\Think\Desktop\Nokia N73\number
Please Wait a while…
ERROR NO CONTACTS FOUND
Only Symbian^3 and Symbian Anna Phones Supported
Booting Phone via FBUS…
BootFlashModeDCT5Ex Failed
ERROR FBUS Boot Failed
Total Time 000001
"
When i run either Recover Contact Numbers or Recover files(pictures, music, videos and Docs), i get a message on the screen "Scratchpad.exe has stopped working"
My ATF generates this
"
Loading File
C\Users\Think\Desktop\Nokia N73\numbers
Please Wait a while…
ERROR NO CONTACTS FOUND
Only Symbian^3 and Symbian Anna Phones Supported
"
Just to note, on the ATF screen under Read Flash It says
"Recover Contact Numbers Symbian^3"
Am i getting the error messages because my device N73 has Symbian and not Symbian^3.
Please correct me if i am wrong.
I have tried XP and W7.
Any suggestions, advice are very appreciated as i am a student learning by buying all the tools and practise.

You fail the dumping process or the data extraction process?
if you fail at dumping, are you using an FBUS cable or the USB cable?
if you are dumping using the USB cable, tick the USB mode and then the procedure is as follows, because the one explained in ATF is probably wrong.
remove the USB and battery from the phone
plug the charger (without battery) in the phone
plug the USB cable to the phone and computer
hit read flash and select the saving location
plug the battery
if the phone doesn't boot automatically, then press the power button immediatelly releasing it (don't hold it or the phone will boot up in normal mode)
here is the log from a C5-00 dumping via USB.
AUTO SELECTED DEAD USB FLASHING...
If Phone Booting does not Start in 5 Seconds,
Then Perform Steps 1, 2, 3 and 4...
1. Remove USB and Battery...
2. Insert USB.
3. Insert Battery. (Some phones boot automatically)
4. Please Power on phone shortly...

You fail the dumping process or the data extraction process?
if you fail at dumping, are you using an FBUS cable or the USB cable?[quote]
Yes i failed in dumping the memory of the device. When i tried your advice, the handset couldn't fully started and its screen doesn't get to the display so i could select its connection mode as PC suite.
I even tried Nokia N7o and had the same issue. As you know Nokia handsets take a bit long to start up and i am thinking that's why it (Freezes) and doesn't finish its full display when connected to the ATF box either using FBUS or Data cable.Memory dump i extracted from the handset using Universal box and ATF did not have the same file size, UB one was bigger than the one extracted using ATF, 36 K and 52KB respectively.
I am trying to convert the 52KB memory dump file into a readable format so i can compare it to what i can see as text messages and phone book in the phone. I have been advised that Hex editor can help, however, i don't know how to do that.
I came across a topic in this forum, where a link for GSMForum giving hints on reading memory dump, but couldn't find find
Any help from all of you please on how to read the memory dump content
mhhh, i think you are doing something wrong, a dump of an internal flash, from a C5, is about 256MB in size or similar, i don't remember exactly but check the log above.
when you are dumping the phone the phone doesn't turn on, it goes into a semi-active state which is reached by booting the phone via FBUS or using the deadUSB method.
so you won't see any menu on the phone screen.
Hello,Â
I have extracted a dump file using Infinity BEST by clicking on "Read Full Flash" for BB5 phones.
I have got .bin file with 987 MB size.
How do I open this file and extract Notes from my phone.
Which software can open this Raw BIN file?
Please help me....

Original story:
Hello Everyone,
I have been using Nokia 808 Pureview from the last 5 years.
2 days ago, my phone started behaving abnormally. It keep on restarting again and again. So I had removed the battery to stop this loop. But after starting the phone my phone does not accept my password anymore. I am locked out of my phone.
I don't want to do Hard reset because it will delete all my data and images.Â
What should I do to backup my phone in this locked state?
Is there any pc app which could allow me to backup my phone in this locked state?
Please help me or guide me🥺
@arcaine2 Thank you brother, you are a Savior.... It worked.... I have tried R -Studio and that got me around 650 MB ( out of 987 MB ) of file recovery.
I have found my Notes in some folder in .txt format...
Now I can finally flash my phone.
