I've noticed most of your 6 posts are about FTK 3. Have you thought about taking one of their classes.

The questions you are asking are pretty simple and covered in the first half day of their class.

Thanks for all the responses. Yes, I have had some training but unforturnately I was sent out on another assignment totally unrelated to computer forensics for about six months and now i'm struggling to do the basics. In my opinion, this site is better than access data's site. I have posted questions there but found that they sometime do not respond as quickly as here or simply don't respond at all. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
