Does anyone have any experience of recovering Gigatribe chatlogs and/or processing allocated chatlogs into a format readable by an investigator?

Up until now we've used software written by one of our guys in-house.

IEF by Jad Software now recovers the GigaTribe chat.

I've not had a GigaTribe job to test it on yet, since it was only released a few weeks ago. We had requested it from Jad a month or so ago……great customer service! It also claims to extract from unallocated, page file etc.
