File structures of what?

Does Hello Chat interface with Picasa and if so how? Within Hello Chat we have the UID numbers, chats, friends and filmstrip. Within Picasa we have user handle, folders and pictures. The folders may be like; from users handle, from another handle, a folder name or outgoing. What does this imply? Is the outgoing pictures sent to a handle from the machine user? If I have the following

Good questions. Have you set up Google Hello Chat and Picasa on a test system and tried replicating various results?

One of my colleagues here at Kent Police has written some code to parse the Google Hello chat logs. It's used by the forensic community worldwide.

I have had one case involving this photo sharing software and I have a pdf document that involves a foresnic investigation into the program. It was written back in 2005 but I found it to be very useful and the tests I conducted myself replicated those in this document.
