Google Map Tile Co-Ordinates

Hi all,
Hoping someone can help.. I am currently working on a Mac Book Pro investigation and during the Internet History Analysis a series of Google Map Tile Co-ords were listed.

Does anyone have any way of translating these from the X,Y, Zoom level to Longs and Lats that I can then plug into Google Maps to see what the user was viewing on his Maps Application.

I have tried googling but a lot of the answers are formulas that unfortunately my non mathematical mind cannot follow… I was hoping for a nice east program that I plug my values in and bang I get my Lats and Longs ?
