GPO policies forensic and installation permissions for a user

Hello everybody,

Where can I check in the Registry the specific permissions of a Windows' actuve directory user in a specific PC? Of course, this cannot be check in SAM.

I mean, I need to know if a specific user has installation permissions. I only have access to the PC, but not to the AD. Maybe I can check if this user is in the Local Admin group, but where in the Registry?
