GPS Tracker - CTR-540 - memory

Hi,

do you have anybody experience with this tracker. I have two this type trackers with external battery and no original USB cable and I need to have access to the memory (via product details - Built-in Memory 2Mbyte for GPS Logger). But if I tried to connect in Linux system it didnt detect any solutions and in Windows system it wrote - unknown solutions…

Do you have any idea how to access to memory?
